We regularly add new functionality to CatalogIt. The following are a few of our recent enhancements.
We are happy to report that we’ve recently implemented the ability to perform Structured Searches! While full-text keyword searching has been available from the beginning, Structured Search enables you to precisely search individual fields for specific values in a simple and concise manner. For example, you can now search for all Entries that are currently in a specific location, for all Entries created within a specific date range, or for all Entries assigned a specific Tag. You can even perform complex searches combining several parameters!
For more detailed information on how to use this feature, visit Structured Searching on the CatalogIt Support Site.
The content of PDF and other documents like Word, PowerPoint, and RTF are now added to the search index and used for finding Entries in full-text searches. This works both within the app and for content published to the HUB/API.
• Added Personal Pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them, etc.) to the Person Profile
• HUB support for viewing entire PDFs
• New Appraisal Report (available for Museum and Organization accounts)
• Support to download Profile Usage Report
• Various Classification enhancements
