Web publishing.
Make your collections universal.

Take advantage of our web publishing options- the CatalogIt HUB, WordPress plugin, iframe integration component, or API to make your collections publicly accessible, discoverable, searchable, and informative. Share their artistic and aesthetic value or use them as research and educational resources. Make your collections available online, targeting and connecting with existing audiences and expanding your reach to new ones.

Creativity and Connection.

The CatalogIt HUB is our native publishing platform and is included with any subscription. Set up your HUB profile in a few short steps, customizing and personalizing the look, description, and feel of your page. Publish individual folders, choosing exactly the information you wish to share.

Control what you want to share.

You control what folders and entries are published and what data is made available to the public. Only share what you want to share!

Maintain your brand.

You set your own logo and background image, and include a link back to your website as well as a description of your institution. You can also set the background color for your HUB page and your entries.

Manage your images.

You determine whether you want just the primary image of an entry or all images shared. Include your watermark to protect from unauthorized use. Display your images with rounded or square corners.

Full-text searchability.

The entries you publish are fully searchable and discoverable. Users can browse your collections or search across all fields within any particular folder you publish or across all of your published collections.

Dynamic. Flexible.

Optimize how you share your collections with your community and audience. Choose between publishing to the CatalogIt HUB, which is included with any account subscription, or our API add-on for publishing directly to your own website. The API add-on includes our WordPress plugin, iframe integration, and direct API access for more customizable options.

“There was a call to teach technology in museums. This is something I am personally very passionate about [...] I find teaching almost an essential part of any profession [...] to consolidate what I know just phrasing it and explaining it to other people... It’s a privilege.”
